WITH DECISION Ц-17 FROM 28.06.2012 THE STATE ENERGY AND WATER REGULATORY COMMISSION

Approves the following prices as of 01.07.2012:

1. Prices net VAT for transmission of electricity by the electricity distribution company via electricity grid to all customers:

• medium voltage - 0,01628 BGN/kWh;
• low-voltage - 0,00496 BGN/kWh;

2. Prices net VAT for access to the electricity grid of "CEZ Razpredelenie Bulgaria"

• medium voltage - 0,00746 BGN/kWh;
• low-voltage - 0,04040 BGN/kWh;

The price for access to the electricity grid low voltage of "CEZ Razpredelenie Bulgaria" AD has been updated to 0,03435 BGN/kWh by Decision Ц-013 from 05.03.2013 of State Energy and Water Regulatory Commission, valid as of 05.03.2013.
