Get information about the documents you will be required when submitting a service request

Contact the nearest Customer Service Centre (CSC), where you will be given full and reliable information about the required documents depending on the type of service:

For technical inspection of the measuring devices:

  • The request is filled in the CSC
  • When filing the request the customer is required to present for information an ID card of the  account holder or a certified letter of attorney and the unique customer number ITN (Identification point number).

To request examination of the electricity meter by the Bulgarian Institute of Metrology:

  • The request is filled in the CSC
  • When filing the request the customer is required to present for information an ID card of the  account holder
  • ITN of the examined electricity meter.

For replacement of an electricity meter and/or electric switch timer when required by the customer:

  • The request is filled in the CSC
  • ID card, ITN.

Change of tariff:

  • The request is filled in the CSC
  • ID card of the  account holder
  • ITN of the examined electricity meter.

Resumption of the supply of electricity when disconnected for an outstanding bill:

  • Paid fee for quick or standard service
  • ITN
  • A request for the service is to be submitted to the CSC
  • The account holder or an authorized person, presenting an evidence (a letter of attorney) shall submit the documents.
